Job Title: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager you will be managing the Sales in Italy. A specific budget will be agreed between the company and yourself, and you will be responsible to bring it. You will be managing the Account Managers and your will be the main interface with the rest of the company in establishing the right approach in the market. You will also have specific named accounts that you will be managing and growing. As a manager of FORTHcrs, you will have a direct communication with your peer in support, development, finance and hr. You will be reporting to the General Manager of FORTHcrs Italia SRL and to the Commerical Director of FORTHcrs HQ.
You, the ideal Sales Manager are skilled:
- More than 4 years of Sales and Business Development experience in the Ferry industry
- Have a University Degree
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Proficient in presentations and reporting using the normal Office tools.
- Have experience in designing and proposing budgets and most of all have experience in meeting your targets.
- Love to travel and meet people in Europe.
- Sense the opportunities and shaping them into actions to the benefit of our company.
More skills that will be appreciated are:
- Additional languages, including German and / or Spanish
- Already established cooperation with surrounding markets such as train, bus, hotel.
Job Title: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative you will be assigned specific accounts in a certain territory and a certain target will need to be met by you. Your responsibility will be to develop knowledge about the needs of existing and prospective customers and you will offer them the necessary solutions. You will get a training of the FORTHcrs systems and solutions and you will get acquainted with the teams that will support you in providing the right tools. Most of your time will be spent at clients becoming their strategic partner. Your opinion on customers will be important, so participation in regular meetings will also be needed. You will be reporting to your local Sales Manager, as well as to the Commercial Director of FORTHcrs.
You, the ideal candidate, have the following skills:
- Experience in the travel market and most important in the ferry industry.
- Experience in the Sales process and how a sale becomes a benefit-making tool for a Customer.
- Proficient speaking of English and Italian.
- Have a proven experience in addressing to audiences, making short presentations and that you can use efficient tools like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- You like to travel and meet clients in different places. Most of them are in Italy, but travels to other countries are also a possibility.
- You have a valid drivers’ license.
