RoomView - Hotel Booking Distribution

The Roomview™ Extranet Vendor application is intended for Hotel Consolidators, Tour Operators, hotel chains or individual hotels who wish to distribute rooms, following a commercial agreement with FORTHcrs or other providers using our platform. Online sales can be carried out through your own as well as our network of collaborating agencies and on the Internet through the RoomView booking engine.

The Vendor Extranet application offers the ability of an on-line hotel or accommodation management through the Internet. The user’s access is possible through an electronic address and is lead afterwards by simple choices and procedures in order to shape accordingly the desired hotel profile.

The application can be automatically linked to the FORTHCRS hotels database–Roomview Hotel Database- which allows the hotel selling its rooms to agencies and tourism offices via the Roomview Web Agent © application.

Rooms - Services of rooms as well as customers configuration (adults – children combination) per room.

Cancellation policy The application of cancellation policy is being entered in case of a cancellation of a booking within the time boundaries set by the hotelier.

Minimum stay The limitation of a minimum possible stay at the hotel is being entered. This limitation applies for all sales channels and for the calendar width set by the user.

Hotel Choice – Prices & Availability Through this choice the user gains access to the prices and availabilities of the hotel rooms. The user chooses the desired time period, the room type to be managed and following that, the availability, price per customers configuration (adults – children), while more information regarding the board type and the pricelist are being displayed.The user can easily choose the daily rooms status (free, reserved, sold, released etc.) and at the same time he can manage massively the pricelists and availabilities per day.

Prices Management: Input – modification. The user chooses from the price management form the input type, specifies the price about to be entered to the system (Net price or Commissionable – price with a commission added) as well as the commission percentage or markup he is willing to offer. This way the selling price towards the end-customer is being self-adjusted. Deletion. Prices deletion can be done using the same form. Choosing this action, the user will delete the room prices for a specific period.

Availability Management: Input – Modification – Stop Sales. Through the availability management form, the user can at first choose the modification action (New room / Stop Sales) regarding availability. Depending on his choice, he will then be guided accordingly to input a number of new rooms for the selected time period and room type and/or change the existing number of rooms and/or interrupt rooms disposition entirely through the system.

Display and management of Bookings Through the booking management choice, the hotelier/user gets in direct touch with the created booking from all sales channels (b2b/b2c/xml κλπ).
The hotelier/user has the ability to monitor in detail the information contained in them such as, booking Status, room type chosen by the customer, the final price at which the room was booked, arrival and departure dates at and from the hotel respectively etc.
