To serve the needs of the distributed agency network, FORTHcrs operates a fully accomplished help-desk which operates in the following telephone numbers:

Helpdesk Operating Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 20:00 GMT +2
  • Saturday from 9:00 until 17:00 GMT +2
  • In selected holidays with schedule that is determined as necessary during peak season for the ferry transportation (such as three-day bank holidays, feasts,Easter, Christmas, etc)


The Help Desk:

  • answers on issues and questions that concern the distribution client application
  • promotes and records problems to the technical experts team to resolve the problem either by phone or on-site
  • informs about new directives of use
  • supplies application manuals
  • provides directives for processes as addressed by the ferry companies
  • provides education & training by phone


Additionally, the help desk provides codes, usernames and passwords to the customers to access to our on-line applications.
