To serve the needs of our Vendor customers (Ferry Companies, Airlines, Hotels, etc) FORTHcrs operates a special fully accomplished help-desk service.
The Vendor Helpdesk serves as the initial point of contact and provides the first level of response for your problems and questions. Assistance may be requested either through

In many cases when you call the Helpdesk, a consultant will be able to resolve your issue while you are on the phone, but in some instances it may be necessary to escalate your request to the appropriate area within IT for resolution. In either case, the consultant will work with you to gather the information needed to answer your question or help diagnose the issue you are calling about.
The Helpdesk is staffed during normal business hours, as well as extended evening hours, weekends and holidays as on call service available through the specific telephone numbers/e-mails provided to the single customers.
The Vendor Helpdesk:
- Answers on issues and uestions that concern the customization, operation and administration of all FORTHcrs Software Platforms
- Promotes and records problems to the technical experts team to resolve the problem either by phone or on-site.
- Informs about addi-ons, new versions and new functionalities.
